Renee Hay joined the Dream Team alongside her husband Fred in March 2019 and took part in her first BRAG event in June that year. While she has always enjoyed biking, the combination of road-cycling, long-distance rides, and coaching was a new and exciting challenge for her.

Renee's enthusiasm for working with youth and her dedication to the Dream Team shine through in everything she does. She takes great pleasure in encouraging young riders, providing them with new experiences, and being part of a supportive and close-knit community. Renee's genuine care and commitment to the Dream Team have a lasting positive impact on the lives of the youth she mentors, making her a beloved coach within the organization.
