This inspiring moment sparked his commitment to coaching and mentoring Dream Team members. Over the years, Philip's role has evolved from an admirer to a volunteer, supporter, driver, partner, uncle, parent, coach, and now, the Dream Team’s first staff member.
As a staff member, Philip works tirelessly to expand the Dream Team's reach, bringing opportunities to future sites across Georgia. His dedication is reflected in the Atlanta office, adorned with success stories from over three decades. Philip's passion for youth development and cycling continues to drive the Dream Team forward, ensuring that countless young individuals can dream and achieve their goals through the empowering experience of cycling.
